Steven Levitsky, AAMS®
Financial Advisor

Steven is committed to helping clients pursue their goals, and has a serious interest in taking time to get to know each client – including their dreams and fears – to understand their whole financial picture. Through investment and risk management, retirement, estate and insurance planning, he has been helping clients for more than 17 years.

When working with clients, Steven helps them identify and articulate short-, mid- and long-term financial goals while revealing the strengths and weaknesses of their current situation. In addition to gathering and analyzing financial information, this helps establish whether they are currently on track. He then creates a custom plan and manages it on an ongoing basis, tracking progress over time.

Continuing education is important to Steven, and he holds a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees from Temple University. As an Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM, he completed a course of study encompassing investments, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning issues, and adheres to standards of professional conduct.

Prior to his career in the financial services industry, he held numerous executive positions within the Massachusetts and Pennsylvania healthcare systems. Over 15 years in Massachusetts, these include administrator of Vencor Hospitals, chief executive officer of Clinton Hospital, executive vice president of Walwest Health System and chief operating officer of Emerson Hospital. He previously held other senior executive positions in three hospitals in Philadelphia, including Albert Einstein Medical Center, St. Mary Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Steven works closely with Hallie Hicks, Director of Operations. View her Bio.

Steven Levitsky

Work hard and results and rewards will follow: it’s motherly advice I not only apply to my financial career, but to my efforts in serving my community. I am passionate about giving back. In fact, if I wasn’t immersed in my current career, I would eagerly accept volunteer assignments with nonprofits.

I have already served on the board of many organizations, including Indian Hill Music, W.K. Kellogg Fellow Leadership Alliance (where I also was chair) and the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce (where I also was chair and businessperson of the year). I have been a board member of the Boston Landmarks Orchestra since 2011. Additionally, I am a board member and a past president of the Rotary Club of Concord, and was the assistant governor of Rotary District 7910 from 2013 to 2015.

I am originally from Worcester and live in Acton with my partner, Kathleen. I have three children, Micah, Maya and Liza. In my free time, I enjoy motorcycle touring, playing golf and tennis, traveling, and just being outdoors in the sunshine. I used to run half marathons, but now I would consider it enough of an athletic accomplishment if I could just reduce my golf handicap to a single digit.
