Samuel Chamberlain, APMA®, AIF®
Executive Vice President, Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors
Financial Advisor

Sam is best described as down to earth, a relatable partner who will provide you with the guidance needed to create a sound financial plan. He is dedicated to his work and enjoys building strong and lasting relationships. Sam is personable and engaging, but don’t let his easy-going nature fool you. He will challenge you with his honest approach to ensure you are making decisions that work for you and your financial future.

Sam is a founding member of Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors. Sam has been a financial advisor since graduating from Suffolk University in 2008, where he earned a bachelor of science in finance. After graduating, he joined Ameriprise Financial during the Great Recession. Although this was a trying time, it allowed Sam to showcase his natural talent for satiating clients’ worries. When he entered the field, he immediately encountered clients who felt they had either been misinformed or were never versed on the fundamentals of financial planning.

Sam often recalls navigating through difficult times in order to gain the trust of clients. Because of this, he continues to work tirelessly to ensure anyone who entrusts him with their financial future will never again experience this kind of disservice.

Sam works closely with Hallie Hicks, Director of Operations. View her Bio.

Samuel Chamberlain

I am originally from Wallingford, Connecticut, but have considered the Boston area home since moving here in 2004 to attend Suffolk University. I have fond memories visiting Boston as a child with my family, which lead me here initially. Today, I truly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Beyond living and working in Boston, I’ve been fortunate to become even more connected to the community through my involvement in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. I spent seven years mentoring my little brother, Alex. I’m grateful for that time because the experience fundamentally changed me for the better and gave me a completely new perspective on my life and the diverse situations of others.

When I’m not in the office, you will likely find me spending time in Vermont with loved ones. I enjoy being outdoors every chance I get. Some of my favorite activities include cycling, hiking and alpine and backcountry skiing. On most weekends, there’s a good chance I’m doing any one of these activities in order keep myself as active as possible.

I’m fortunate to have a fantastic family who have played a huge part in shaping me into the person I am today.
